Preparing the Property
Because 360 tours can cover many areas that normal photography will not, you need to ensure that the whole property is ready for shooting.
1. Proper lighting is highly recommended, Working fixtures with all light bulbs.
2. All personal notes, and effects should be removed from floors, refrigerators, counter tops and bulletin boards.
3. Floors swept, mopped, vacuumed (Interior and Exterior)
4. Beds made, fans off, Counter tops clean
5. All People and Pets should be located outside the property during the shoot.
Photography process
1. Go to Appointments and book a time that works.
2. we will meet you at the property and take multiple shots per room.
3. The photo shoot will take about an hour per 1000 sq ft.
4. The property will be sent to the cloud for rendering which takes 12 - 48 hours depending on size.
5. The full 3D tour will be sent to you for review and publishing.
